Recommends it for: anyone who is in a leadership role or a serious relationship.
I learned that there are many different levels by which we can choose to listen to a person.

There is more to listening than just merely hearing the words, but to listen deeper, we need to hear the feelings behind the words, the tone in which the person is speaking and also look closely at what the body language is telling us.

Great book on communication and active listening. Demonstrates examples and techniques on how you can improve and the case studies are also great!
