This is a fantastic cookbook with approachable and recognizable recipes that have a modern hearty twist, and you're also learning something about the food too! (The tips were my favorite part.)
The convenient way they printed this book is handy; it is hand-size-sized, and the thick coated pages make it nicer than a simply printed paperback. I honestly can't put it down.

Giving this a 3 because I marked many pages, but I can't get over how many sandwiches there are in this cookbook. Drop. The. Bread. -said my belly flub. I'd like to see alternatives to baked goods!
