While going through my divorce, this book helped me to keep my sense of humor. It was also very easy to read. It's basically a book of organized quotes from those who have gone through the experience of divorce. I didn't have a lot of focusing power during the time of my divorce, so the bite-sized snippets were easy to read and it helped that it was all by people who had already been through what I was going through. It didn't feel preachy. I loaned it to a friend who went through a divorce himself and he liked it as well.
