This powerful resource is full of success strategies, tools and methodologies showing leaders and managers how to coach the people they lead by engaging their excellence.
While this book is a collection of ideas aimed at financial services professionals and specifically those needing to mentor and coach sales producers. The book is really a survey of coaching and leadership to help those in sales achieve. Some good ideas on finding core values, goal setting and tracking, staying present, and asking the right questions. The ideas presented here as with any book on leadership/coaching are redundant. Reading this is probably better digested on a longer term basis rather than cramming it into a short weekend.
The ideas here are broad and overarching enough o reach other disciplines, really any coaching/mentor dynamic. Just know that the books is very general and is really meant to be a survey of industry leaders rather than a deep dive into the principles. One of those books you would probably pick up at a sales conference.
Could probably be skipped due to its redundancy but is quick enough to make more of a daily ritual for a few minutes here and there on a longer term basis.
