Belief Therapy Volume Finding Freedom in Everyday Life exposes a simple thought process to enhance our there is nothing wrong with us. We are already okay, there is nothing to fix, there never was. It is that simple. Oddly enough, it is often the attempts to fix ourselves that lead to our dis-ease. The "problem" is the belief in brokenness. The compulsive self-destructive behavior creates "evidence" of brokenness, continuing the self-fulfilling prophecy of desperation and limitation. Once the belief in our brokenness takes hold, our options become limited. We either attempt to fix what was never broken, or we give up trying thusly, accepting the belief in our brokenness. Subsequently, causing the limiting destructive patterns. By adopting the tenants of Belief Therapy and recognizing our inherent and pre-existing "goodness," we lose these limiting compulsive behaviors and recognize our freedom to choose a life of quality.
