- provides the reader with a variety of tools and examples for strategic thinking, project management, negotiation tactics, strategy development etc.

A tad prescriptive for my liking (generally), however, the material contained within could be a helpful resource to organizational leaders. Section 2 could serve as a checklist for those implementing new strategies, and for that reason, the book has value.

I would think twice be for I buy again , too much fluf

Not enough reliable information on this book, too much unsupported details, and some instances did not even made any sense,
