I was expecting more enticement stories into the paperless office and the soft skills side of things but this book was more technical than that. Which is not to call it “technical” because what is shows is that very hard skill items such as paperless signatures are actually extremely simple. Stunningly simple, to the point that when you have to go to work the next morning and complete yet another paper form to sign and scan so someone else can print and sign and scan your head might just explode ...more
