There's much more to be said about the ethics of basketball than I would have thought. McLaughlin thinks through many things I have considered subconsciously while running down the court, and more.

Tom McLaughlin teaches at Appalachian State, where my father taught, and is an acquaintance of ours.

Too academic. Repeated the same stuff over and over again. On the plus side, a nice review of basketball-themed movies including White Men Can't Jump
