Nice short handbook for doing yoga with MS. The beginning of the book about MS, symptoms treatments and nutritional information. There is a brief section on meditation and dress relief. The bulk of the book is yoga asanas complete with variations for chair (or wheelchair) poses. There is also a brief section on flows for putting together a yoga routine.
