It shows that climate science has come a long way since 1977. This book now reads more as a history of climate science then a climate science book in it self. But not a bad background to the field, even if it was nothing in it I didnt know since before, and I have only had some intrerest in climate science the last 20 years.
Also a bit suprised that the authors came to the wrong conclusions in the end of the book, knowing that most climat scientist in the 70ties had the opposit view of where we are heading.

very useful reference; sensible historical treatment of climate change, long before the world's mainstream media or big businesses were taking the threats seriously
