Worked through this book for Sunday School. Most of the ladies in my class did not care for the book because it was very repetitive. The teacher in me likes that a little, because I reviewed the main points of the book with them towards the end of the book, and they each had a firm grasp of them (this is not always the case with most of the studies we do, and I believe it worked in this book because of the repetition). Great set-up for any size Bible study group. No special leader guide is required, and no special preparation is needed to lead this study. Quick and easy to do, yet in depth enough for a seasoned Christian. Kay Arthur always does a good job and this book is not an exception.
An easy, quick read, with good talking points for discussion in a group. A very good book for a church to use to encourage participation within the church itself, as well as cultivation of the individual's spirituality, relationship with God and with their fellow Christian.

While a little fundamental for my taste, it has a sincere feel, and a positive vibe. I know there are parts I took much further than was intended by the author, as I am more liberal in my way of thought.

Great study that focuses on really looking at what the Bible says about spiritual gifts generally rather than on how to identify your own gift(s). Start here and then seek to understand how God has gifted you.
