He was for many years an Anglican priest in the South of England before being received into the Church in 1995. Cyprian Blamires works part-time for the St Barnabas Society, a Catholic charity, and is also a historian, editor, and translator.

Obviously only relevant for Catholics or those considering conversion to or a deeper understanding of the Catholic faith, this book nonetheless brings together some diverse and touching personal accounts of conversion to the Faith.
