very little info on house training. more of a quick touch on everything to do with owning a new puppy.

This book is so poorly written. It's repetitive and jumbled. It also references the quite outdated idea of needing to be the leader of your dog pack. It has a few useful ideas but these could be summarised in a few pages. The author is clearly passionate about helping dog owners but perhaps does thisbetter in their role as a vet.
