I was given this by someone in my book club and fancied some non-fiction for a change. I have heard of the author but knew little about her and have not watched her TV programmes. This had some amusing moments and insights, I enjoyed the factoids and historical snippets more than the interviews and personal anecdotes. Her main idea is that men are all the same, which is as silly as saying that women are all the same. I was skimming by the end just to finish it as I don't feel I learned anything remotely useful or interesting about men from this, except how much I should appreciate the one I' ve got.

Wasn't sure if I'd like this one as much. But it was a nice surprise, interesting thoughts from the 'men' interviewed, not a cross section of men but the ones that she spoke to offered some entertaining insights.
