It's a good textbook with great information on how car distribution works. The problem is that the information is from before the 2008 financial crisis, which drastically changed how industries work (not including COVID-19, which had a big change). It's good information, but you would be better off reading an article on how the Toyota Supply chain works. The information was exhaustive in scope but not in detail.
