"Η πόλη που δεν υπήρξε", εκδόσεις Ars Longa.

Οι Pierre Christin και Enki Bilal είναι μεγάλα ονόματα στον χώρο του Ευρωπαϊκού κόμικ, αυτό όμως είναι μόλις το πρώτο τους κόμικ που διαβάζω. Το πέτυχα σήμερα στο Μοναστηράκι σε καλούτσικη κατάσταση και το τσίμπησα με πέντε ευρώ. Απ'όσο ξέρω είναι αρκετά σπάνιο στα ελληνικά και δεν το βρίσκει κανείς πολύ εύκολα. Το λοιπόν, μπορώ να πω ότι μου άρεσε. Σίγουρα δεν ξετρελάθηκα από την ιστορία αυτή καθαυτή, όμως μου άρεσε πολύ το νόημα που έκρυβε. Ας πούμε

although i don't like this still of illustration by Bilal but the novel shades light on the eternal pursue of the ideal city and the conflict between leisure and work in a post-industrial context. reminds me of
Inventing the Future: Postcapitalism and a World Without Work by Nick Srnicek.

Une idée intéressante et joyeuse dans un univers gris... Un paradoxe, une utopie... Mais jusqu'à quel point cela peut fonctionner ? À lire pour avoir lu une BD utopique.
