Plot 34: Blood, Sweat and Allotmenteers

Rate this book
Plot 34 is the perfect book for anyone who wants to grow their own food, in an allotment, back garden, patio, or window box: be they a city apartment dweller looking to replace potted plants with tomato vines or a rural farmer who is sick of overpaying at supermarkets for a bag of tomatoes and a head of lettuce. Or indeed anyone who wants to have a laugh at Mark Keenan's sometimes flailing efforts to become a modern day good-lifer.

Insightful and inspiring - sped read some of the allotment dairy section as it’s just repeats of the chapters. Informative condensed section at the end for anyone starting an allotment, focussing on facts over the more personal blog which was I thought was a good balance.
