This intriguing and motivating book presents the basic ideas and understanding of control, signals and systems for readers interested in engineering and science. Through a series of examples, the book explores both the theory and the practice of control.
The beauty in this book is two-sided: first it serves its purpose by explaining to the ordinary person what is control systems, their components, their terminology and also their broad usages that sometimes are unseen to the naked eye, second: being an Electrical Engineer my self with a major in Control Systems I benefited a lot from the analogies with Social & Learning environments.
I read this book for insight into new/altered approaches to User Experience Design/Development. I started off just skimming the design section, which actually stood on it's own. It drew me in though. Social dynamics and other sections I think anyone would find fascinating.
