This book is a really helpful way to get tips on how to approach the various types of questions found on the GMAT. The book does a good job of explaining how each question "works", and suggesting the most effective ways to come up with the right answer (or at least an educated guess).
There aren't as many practice questions in this book as there are in the GMAT Review (official GMAC study guide). Presumably there is a large bank of questions on the CD-ROM or in the online system, neither of which I used (in order to preserve the book's resale value).
I totally recommend this book, but I would suggest having another study guide as a supplement. (I used the GMAT Review as well.)

It was the single best tool that I used, and I got the score that I targeted.
