For actual followers of gothic and/or lolita fashion, this book is so bad it's hilarious. The ideas featured inside lack any sort of real knowledge on the fashion.

This book tries to do a step by step of how to draw different girls by pairing gothic (not even the lolita part) with some sort of interest. There are really costume-like pairings such as nurse and insanely bizarre ones like cowgirl.

The step by steps aren't really helpful either. Each one basically goes through the phases for drawing. From sketches to line art to flat colours to rendering.

I highly recommend not buying this book, but if you want a laugh, borrow it from a library like I did.

Got this in a discount shop for £1.99. It seems to cover most of the different fashions, there is a pirate and a cheerleader (the one that looks most like Emilie Autumn).
