Had some great information, and a fresh perspective on weightloss. I had never thought about making a list of what habits you plan to change and figuring out a weekly calorie deficit that way! I'm starting my list today so I will update this in a few weeks!

I think this is a good book for those dieting for the first time or have trouble staying on a diet. It provides ideas and recipes that are more like baby steps rather than a drastic changes.
