There was trouble in paradise

Dialectician Kelly Madison hadn't seen anything like it. The servants eavesdropped. The chauffeur opened Max's mail. And Brazilian billionaire Maximilian Steel's Florida island was so secure that even Max himself couldn't come and go as he pleased. Was this how the other half lived?

While Kelly plotted to rescue Max from his unruly staff, Max and an island of PAX operatives plotted a riskier mission. For Kelly's father, a former matinee idol, had swashbuckled his way into trouble on an international scale. Trouble that was destined to make heroes of Kelly and Max--if it didn't kill them first.

love this series

The best part no cliffhangers. Can't wait to read the next one. Great combination of mystery and romance. Something for everyone.

Hated the ending. No real resolution between the main characters. Up until that point, it wasn't bad.
