I received this from my mother years ago, I'm pretty sure it was hers but I don't remember her ever using it. It's interesting just to see what people thought sounded good for meals in the 1960's.

My dad sold Cutco cutlery when we kids were growing up decades ago. It was a part-time job in addition to his full-time one so my mom could stay home with us. I still have the cutlery I received when I first got married and it is in great shape. That said, this is my mom's original cookbook that she gave to me a couple of years ago when she was cleaning out her kitchen.

Unsuprisingly, this little cookbook published by the Cutco Division of Wear-Ever Aluminum, Inc. in 1961 includes big pictures of the different types of knives and aluminum tools you can buy and encourages lavish use of "Alcoa Wrap" (aluminum foil).
