This is an amazing book that will enthrall young readers for hours! The illustrations are amazing and are so detailed you can look at the pages for hours and still see new things. Each two page section covers a time span that was very important to the growth of New York City. It's a great coffe table sized book that will grab kids attention just by the cover! The resource material is great and the text is probably preteen and up so it'll be checked out a lot.
