It was okay so 2 stars I guess but added one for some pretty good mobi version interactive formatting etc for Kindle. So there's that.

Good but it wastes a lot of effort on trivialities and the language is not the easiest thing to follow.
The author(s) should have a look at how Investopedia does it.
