Who knew so many s’mores recipes existed! All but one of more than 50 variations have only one ingredient in common: the humble marshmallow. For the Easter version, Peeps are used. A wide variety of ingredients are used in place of chocolate: brownies, different kinds of fruit, and even potato chips are inserted between the graham crackers and toasted marshmallows. And instead of graham crackers, different kinds of cookies or Rice Krispie bars can be used. There is even a section of s’mores for adults that adds some type of alcohol. And while there are enough different kinds of s’mores to make a different one each week for a year, the author encourages readers to dream up their own. As an added bonus, the author includes some background information on s’mores as well as how to build a campfire, along with some safety tips. There is no limit what you can accomplish with a marshmallow and some imagination!

I found the shortest book in Emily's house so that I could have read 40 books this year. Sue me.
