This book has guided me on the road to wellness. I am now eating 100% clean. I have detoxified my body. I am currently abstaining from eating any type of meat as well. I am now very particular as to what i put in my body and on my body.

I have learned to cook clean and eat more fruits and vegetables. Not just steamed, but raw as well. Excellent book for when you want to gradually change your lifestyle. The book encourages you to do what you are ready for. It does not state that you must do this
