I was mildly disappointed that after observing and imitating a dog at play, a cat at rest, and a duck going for a swim, the girl decided not to imitate a cow being milked.

A cute easy read for beginning readers in kindergarten and first grade. On a spread of pages, the same words are used on both pages just in different order, helping the children grasp the words. The pictures used give clues to help students figure out the words.

This is a level one Green Light Reader so it is good for beginning readers. However, the repetitiveness of the book does not seem to be conducive to teaching reading skills as much as I would have liked.
