Much the same information in other hypertension books I have read, but enough differences that it was worth reading. I didn't know that celery can lower your blood pressure! A bit more medical info than I needed, but it was written by a doctor. I did try one of the relaxation exercises, and it must have worked, because I fell asleep!

I'm finally finished, my eyes glazed over several times. The information in this book is very useful but it was a tedious read. It reads like part self-help, part textbook. I lost count of the days but I know it has been at least 2 weeks since I started this book.
