Every Major Graphics software including photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator is featured in this book.
Eventhough it's written for Mac Users, it nevertheless offers a wealth of information on Layer Blending, lighting,Typography and many more. There's also a fine tutorial on line art and how to cartoon-ize a photo of you :)

There's chaos and there's stimulation

The only way you can do anything really unique or different is utilize yourself

[About Ray Gun] rather than conveying the text, you are conveying the state of mind

Art is recreation of reality according to an artist's metaphysical value judgments. An artist recreates those aspects of reality which represents his fundamental view of man's nature
