A White Stone

Rate this book
A White Stone is an exhibition of valiant lives, covenant relationships, holy alliances, and significant legacies. Travel on an incredible journey with memorable characters who are challenged to live in holy alliances and true covenant relationships, as they respond to the end-time call of the Holy Spirit to exhibit the character of Jesus Christ to an increasingly perilous world that threatens their very existence. Experience the thrill of the power of the cross as it transforms the likes of street fighters, proud businessmen, and cold pastors into valiant, Christ-like warriors who lead significant, overcoming lives in the eyes of the Lord. Watch as others, who seem to have it all, wilt away with no power to overcome in their business-as-usual religion. As you are guided through this candid, eye-opening, and sometimes chilling look at where today's headlines are leading when played to their conclusion, you will find the Lord ministering to your heart and revealing the path He has determined for your own life as you are challenged to surrender fully to Him. A White Stone is far more than a novel. It is a piercing exposé of how things are, how they very well could be, and how a loving Father God meets those who call upon Him in their need and forever changes their lives. You will laugh, gasp, cry, and possibly find yourself repenting of a mediocre relationship with Jesus throughout A White Stone as you experience the wonder of the Lord and His love for you.

The authors do a wonderful job of illustrating a life totally sold out to God and what that can look like. It really makes you think and re-examine your life, perspective of Christianity and Christ himself.

I really liked this book, except it doesn't talk about what it promises. Not only is it silent about JC's long f-buddy situation with Mary M, but it doesn't mention the fatal falling out with Judas, whose jealousy ended up nailing the Boss to the Cross.

It's a great thing to examine what JC did with his Holy Dick but let's be frank about it. Mary M was only the start of his thing with women, but it is the men who really mattered and this book should go further into that than it does.
