I didn't enjoy it. About halfway through I just started skimming. She offers some supportive advice. I was bothered by her stereotypical viewpoint of men and women and her assumption that a couple is a man and a woman. It made it hard for me to enjoy and want to be supported by her.

Easy relatable read

This book is an easy read and helpful to those going through infertility treatment. Funny at times and the authors personal journey gives the reader something to relate to.

I'm about half way through this book right now. It gives a light-hearted look into infertility and what women (and their husbands) may deal with when trying to start a family and find that they are having difficulties for various reasons. I picked this up after finding out I was going to miscarry again and it has been a help in getting through some things. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to throw in the towel, is trying IVF or any of the other scientific approaches in getting pregnant, or even to friends and family who want to be supportive along this difficult road. It has a little bent towards Christianity which I haven't minded but if you're not religious in any way I could see it getting annoying.

"I know. I was told the world didn't revolve completely around me, but I thought maybe it did just a little."
"So I have been eating a hope sandwich filled with denial and fear and a heaping side of uncertainty."
"I love you though we have not met, and though you are not yet real; some how you are in every thought, and love is all I feel."
