2.5 stars. Writer Blackman loads each stories full of other stories on similar themes fulfilling the formula yet transcending the cookie cutter. Artist Cary Nord's work is just-alright, although it's clear there's a more talented illustrator in the evolution, with flares of wild awesome just coming through. The reprinted newspaper strips at the back have been jammed in and are sometimes badly managed by editorial and design in that the font is too small to read. Otherwise, not a bad few hours read for a bargain bucket find.
