This book was okay, but did not have enough excitement to keep me from getting a bit bored. I did like the fact that Jane knew how to speak Tagalog with the Filipino children, as my hubby is half Filipino. But my main complaint is that Jane discovers a terrorist cell,is kidnapped, escapes, develops amnesia,is found by a former spy and his 2 kids, falls for them, remembers who she is and ends up rescued again, all in 3 days! And within this short a time, she will leave her native country and live on a f ...more

A romantic suspense that is a touch different from the norm.

I love RaeAnne Thayne's writing and enjoyed the suspense in this story more than I expected. The twists and introspection of the 2 main characters kept me engrossed. Despite eye trouble and a wicked headache, I had to keep reading. Nice story with lots of twists to keep the suspense alive. Loved the ending.

initially the book goes a l'll offbeat thus driving the interest of the reader away.. but as it goes on their's something that keep the reader holds on to the book... love blended with suspense, this book is something you can add on to your wishlist..

To the disgust of my friends, I even enjoyed creative writing assignments that made them all groan. But I had other dreams besides writing. I wanted to be an actress or a teacher or a lawyer.

Life took a different t
