Very practical and knowledgeable book to read. They explained you with details how to use a WBS and apply it on the project you are managing.

This book really wasn't what I was expecting. It was a bit too high level for me and didn't provide the kind of practical examples or exercises I was hoping for.

it offers a bit more infor and depth as compared to PMI Practice Std for WBS, but not much. Kindle version has a few editorial errors.

decent book. It's obvious the author's first language is not English. Editing should have corrected much of the clunky wording. Lots of good examples and the 20 point checklist was the most valuable part.
