One of my favorite past-times (besides reading) is cross-stitching, especially Christmas stockings. I have made countless stockings for family and friends over the years, so when I came across this particular guidebook, I had to have it! So far, I have stitched 2 stockings following the designs, currently on a 3rd, and still at least 2 more to go! There are 15 thematic, whimsical, colorful, easy-to-follow charted designs which range from secular to sacred. Also included are general instructions as well as directions for stocking assembly. All designs call for DMC thread colors, which you must supply yourself. A must-have guide for serious cross-stitchers like me!
Note: I love listening to audiobooks while cross-stitching from this book! "Kill two birds with one stone" like they say! :-D
