Fun little mystery set in 1960's Chicago. Best parts were the scenes of Chicago at that time.

I fell in love with Skid Row

The book had a great flow and does a wonderful job in creating the image of Chicago's Skid Row. This is the fiction that compliments Alex Gartel's research on Chicago's west side. I really enjoyed it!

Chicago's governmental leaders don't want anyone to remember Skid Row, but it was an important part of Chicago's history. This book is set on Skid Row in the 1960s and has a lot of interesting characters, and a murder mystery to boot. Worth reading.
