This is a big heavy wonderful piece of book for any dedicated boxing enthusiast. Seeing historical newspaper clippings helps bring to life how alive boxing once was. It would be amazing if MMA became the province of the kind of athlete as titan warrior king writing that used to be commonplace about boxing. The only snag is that every mma fighter looks like civil war guerilla commander Nathan Bedford Forrest
