For crafts to keep children occupied without spending a great deal of money, this is the book to use. It is not for adults or crafts that will be used in a more adult arena, but great for younger children ages 6 to 14.

Because the crafts are aimed at children, I give it a higher rating than it would have for an adult read. Because it was from the adult shelves, not as high as one from the juvenile shelves.

We didn't love all the activities but there were so many it didn't matter. They were good solid activities, that were well explained and did not take too much time to prepare or do. Made my life much easier when looking for Christmas crafts for the children to do.
