I am just starting to learn about arthritis so this book was a great introduction. It was easy to read. I finished it in one evening, with exception of the exercise section. I think there may be better exercise books out there. This one seemed basic in that area. I learned about Ginger and other anti-inflammatory foods. I prefer to fight with food than pills so this was perfect.

Lots of good information in this book. I might have to buy this one.
