The Louvre the fantasy trip that all art lovers dream about. Approaching the beautiful glass pyramid, the stolen antiques from the ancient world, and the overrated Mona Lisa. Since visting the Louvre will never happen I get to enjoy looking at the art in books such as this. I do like this book and glad its smaller than most Louvre books out there. Its not lacking and I enjoyed the art they chose and the history. It is in a duel language which I sometimes forgot and tried reading the captions in French not English. If you love art and the Louvre then you should definitely read this.
