Great book with lots of good info about bicycle touring!! Theres useful tips on preparing your bike for tours, camping, packing, and making sure your are fit to travel. I'd recommend this to any cyclist planning a trip of any length!!

Although a good start for the beginning touring cyclist, this book is in need of an update. Technological advances make this a necessity. Otherwise, Lovett gives good general advice on how to make a long distance trip a success.

Decent advise but fairly antiquated being pre-Amazon and early-WWW :)
