This practical book offers a program of eye exercises that can help
to reverse vision problems and reduce dependence on glasses or
contact lenses. It features scientifically based, step-by-step routines
that help to boost the muscle strength of the eyes to rebuild vision,
using specially created ophthalmic charts and diagrams.

There is information on natural therapies that help to eradicate
common problems such as dark circles, puffy or bloodshot eyes
and dry, itchy eyes caused by computer use and air conditioning,
as well as nutrition advice that can help improve vision and boost
overall eye health.

It has good coloured illustrations and is very easy to read and well presented. It also covers the common eye myths such as: does too much watching television permanently damage your eyes; does eating carrots improve your vision; are tea bags and cucumbers good for eye puffiness?

To find these answers you will have to read the book

I highly recommend this book and it is well worth keeping an eye out for it.

I am a Doctor of Optometry student and I consider this book as my "little bible". This is such a helpful book, so informative, and all the basics about our eye are in this book. Very useful.
