Making personal connections through the art of paper crafting is what Paper CraftsR magazine is all about, with greeting cards, keepsake paper creations, bags, tags, and other projects galore. This big 288-page book is the paper crafter's dream collection, compiling more than 500 of the best projects from recent years of the magazine and its special issues. Cards are a major focus, along with a bonus collection of paper crafted containers and keepsake treasures to accompany simple food gifts (recipes included!). Other projects include gift bags and tags, party invitations and decorations, banners, handmade jewelry, mini albums and journals, magnets, stationery, table place settings, and more. Cards of many shapes and sizes cover a wealth of topics, including birthdays, baby, weddings, mothers, fathers, teachers, teens, girlfriends, seasons, holidays, and all occasions.
This book was very cute. I originally got it from the library to get ideas for making cards, but there is so much more here with stand alone crafts separate from cards. I would recommend it to those looking for cute holiday crafts, recipes (yep, they're in there!), ideas for cards, and homemade gift ideas. They pictures are wonderful!
Lot of nice designs for card and small gifts. I'm always looking for ways to dress up treat bags and make them special. Got some inspiration for Valentine's Day. Worth a browse, but wouldn't buy it.
