Robert Lawrence Stine known as R. L. Stine and Jovial Bob Stine, is an American novelist and writer, well known for targeting younger audiences. Boy did this take me back! Another 'smile' book that brings back good and bad memories. Truth be told I kind of miss some of the cafeteria food; I seem to remember a very good sloppy joe that was made when I was in the 4th grade that came with some pretty good coleslaw. Seem to remember a pretty good lasagna also!

I read this book almost 20 years ago and I still remember and use some of the jokes.

This is a chapter book filled with jokes. It is broken down almost like a play where one person has a line, then another person has their line. I can see where this book and these jokes can be funny for kids. Some of them made me laugh but they are mostly silly and childish. The jokes come with pictures to make them come alive and to understand some of the jokes more clearly.
