I don’t like reading lists, so I don’t know why I thought reading this whole thing would be a good idea LOL. Besides that, I think this book was quite informal! It motivates me to wanna better my body and brain, I even started eating and drinking certain things to improve my brain! Good book, I don’t know if I recommend reading the whole thing for the sake of finishing a book, but I do recommend at least getting a copy to look through and get ideas to pick and choose from! :)
