4.5 stars SOLID...almost perfect. Liam and Aidan are back and this time their charge was a Tunisian pop star who has just come out of the closet and is receiving threats.

They take to a secluded beach villa for protection, and the adventure begins.

This books like the Three Wrong Turns in the Desertwas fast paced and fun the romance was great Liam and Aidan are so hot for each other and so loving and open. Just great chemistry. In this book Aidan was funnier and more assertive, I like that side of

The ending was a little weak in my opinion. The characters were a little more forgiving than I would have been. I can't believe they wouldn't press charges on their attacker after everything he put them through... still liked the story

When I wrote Three Wrong Turns in the Desert, I didn't think of it as the beginning of a series. But I fell in love with Aidan and Liam, and I thought there was a lot I could explore as they begin their lives together.

One of the stories in Surfer Boys introduced me to the island of Djerba, off the Tunisian coast, and I thought that would be a great place to send my buys on their first assignment as bodyguard partners. I enjoyed showing the way Aidan grows into his role as Liam's work partner, an
There is no way I can do another audiobook in this series. I'm sorry but the narrator is baaad. I just can't with him.

Neil Plakcy has done it again; in fact, with Dancing with the Tide, he’s taken Aidan and Liam’s story beyond what I was hoping for. In their first story – Three Wrong Turns in the Desert – I was totally involved as they battled all sorts of odds to find a future together never mind just trying to survive. So to be able to find out what’s new for Aidan and Liam was a treat and a half!

I loved the first book and the wonderful descriptiveness of Neil’s writing and he’s done the same again in Dancing

I enjoyed this book very much and it confirmed that this series is really good.

It didn't have the strong sense of place of the previous book Three Wrong Turns in the Desert, which really made my head spin with all the adventures Aidan and Liam went through, and I missed it some. I also think that Kafir, the popstar Aidan and Liam were protecting, was cute, but not very likable, he just showed a little bit of growth in the end, but he was too much damsel-in-distress and drama-queenish. Both Kafir

This book happens few months after the event in book #1 (where Aidan and Liam met for the first time). This time, the two bodyguards are hired to keep a young singing superstar, who has been coming out, and then receives threats of his life.

I enjoy this story more than book #1. I like the new setting, I like the secondary relationship between Karif (the singing superstar) and Gavin (a British young man). It is still fast-paced with action and romance. I like the story on the repercussion of comi

I loved this book a great deal, Aidan and Liam are my favorite couple (I must go and vote for them in the list), but I have to say it took me a long while to warm up a little to Karif. I get where he's coming from, but his behavior in the beginning and his constant advances towards Liam and then Aidan - it put me off and I just couldn't sympathize with him :/ I can't stand people, who are trying to mess with someone they knew are in a happy relationship :(
Later on I stopped hating him, of course

Aidan has gone through basic training and joined Liam in his bodyguard business. In book number two of the series they are sent of to Djerba to protect the young singer, Karif, who has received death threats after coming out.

Although most of the takes place in just one location, this is certainly no quiet romance. It has every bit of the adventure I expected after having read the first book; unknown enemies, guns and bombs, and a testosterone-fuelled pop start fresh out of the closet eager to li

Aidan and Liam are back and trying to protect the just out pop star Karif al-Fulan, but he would rather be out along the coast of Djerba or trying to get between Aidan and Liam. Trying to wrangle Karif and deal with their own pressures is becoming a stress on them and their relationship.

Great second book in a series, and it was nice to see these guys and how they handled working together on an assignment. Both Liam and Aidan were just a good as the first book, if not a bit more developed so you

Was it just me, or did anyone else notice the way Liam ran "hot" then "cold" with Aidan throughout the whole book? I feel like there is something there... but, I can't quite figure it out, yet!

Anyways... I had read Three Wrong Turns in the Desert many, many years ago and am just now getting started back on this series! I found Aidan and Liam's relationship to be a bit one sided in this book... Liam could blow at Aidan and it was all, "I am sorry. I am tired. I love you." But when Aidan would bl

How is it that I neglected to review this wonderful story? I'd finished it the first night I bought it!

First, Aidan can be such a queen! Gotta love him though. He feels so much for Liam and Liam doesn't usually waste time in showing him how much he feels for Aidan either.

Second, that little prick is such a princess! He needs someone strong who won't take his shi...stuff and is more than willing to turn him over a knee and spank his ass.

I loved the action (as always!) and loved how strong Aidan

I am super easy with these books because they are just so entertaining. This sequel featuring Liam, the former SEAL and Aidan, the former ESL teacher from Philly is just fun, like a vacation. Set in an Arabian island resort Liam (and now Aidan, as his newly minted partner) are guarding an up and coming pop singer who has come out of the closet and is receiving threats from an imam. Aidan is still a bit uncertain since Liam is so attractive and he worries he's forced himself into Liam's bodyguard ...more

I liked this book, I just didn't enjoy it as much as the first one. There were places where the sexual content felt a little forced. There was a bit too much speculation over the hotness of the supporting characters, especially by Aidan. It made me like the heroes a little less than in the previous book. They didn't seem to gell as well, in fact there were parts when I wondered why they were still together. Things did pull together again by the end of the book and there was a happy ever after, I ...more

Ok. So, Book 2 in the series. I preferred it to Book 1, probably because the characters are already established and the plot was more energetic, more action and adventure. Can't say it's not well written, it certainly is, but like with Book 1 in the series it didn't quite reach that 5 x star mark. I think its probably because there is no angst between the two protagonists and what little there is, lasts only a couple of paragraphs. I wanted them to have a major fallout, a fight, something to sha ...more

The second part in this amazing series was interesting and it keep my attention till last page. I really enjoyed to fallow how Aidan and Liam interacted with each other between their job and private love life. This side is really well shown and everything was just interesting. The only blah... part in this story was the bodyguards job for that kid Karif al-Fulan, but hey in general the story is great and really well written. I simple didn't much like Kafir, lol. Aidan and Liam were great togethe ...more

This is the second book of the Have Body, Will Guard series and I enjoyed it just as much as the first one. Once again the story is told from Aidan's POV. I really like his voice; he is a well-developed character. Liam once again comes across as sexy as hell, Mr. Big Bad Bodyguard.

The pace was great. I love lots of action. The interactions between characters felt realistic. This was a quick, fun read. I have added the next one in the series to my tbr list.
I got this audiobook as a gift from one of the M/M romance group challenges, so thanks for that to the author!

At first, I was afraid this was going to mostly be porn-without-plot, but I'm glad to say I was wrong. While some of the characters were behaving remarkably stupidly sometimes, the story was quite entertaining and there was even excitement about who was threatening Karif (things were not as simple as they seemed). Overall, a nice book to listen to while driving. :)
I enjoyed this book. It read like one of the old Commando comics, a bit of an imagination stretch and a bit of action. Aidan and Liam are now working as a team but still sorting their relationship. Some reviewers saw Aidan as whiny I just think he still feels a bit like a fish out of water and needs constant assurance that he is doing okay and is loved. I will be reading more in this series.

I'm so relieved this didn't turn out to be a "threesome" book. I was afraid Karif was going to get a little action at first. Aidan was a bit on the whiny side at first and Karif was quite the little trouble maker but not for long. I love how he brought dirty, street boy Gavin back to the villa and we got to see that relationship develop as well. Action and sex packed fun!
Aidan has gone through basic training and joined Liam in his bodyguard business. In book number two of the series they are sent of to Djerba to protect the young singer, Karif, who has received death threats after coming out.

It was an okay story for me, the relationships in the book ran hot and cold throughout and that started getting on my nerves a little bit.

A good sequel - it didn't rehash stuff from the first book, and the MC's have progressed in their relationship. I also really like that there are a lot of details about the countries they live in and travel through. There are also unexpected curveballs to keep everyone on their toes.
my copy has 257 pages of story and 3 pages of other stuff--author bio, ads etc.

Liam and Aiden are working on their partnership--professional and personal. More in this series would be good but if their story is complete as is that's okay.

I kind of sort of enjoy the series except that audible narrator gives one of the main character a voice that I had difficulty interpreting like I would if I read it. I am sure I would have a better experience with MY vocal interpretation.
Aidan and Liam are back in another adventure filled story. I really like these two although Aidan ticked me off a couple of times. Despite that I enjoyed this one quite a bit.

It irritates me that these "bodyguards" constantly act so un-body-guardish. If any real bodyguards acted this way, they'd be fired instantly -- or their clients would be dead!

I enjoyed this book, though found it a bit flat at times and a bit incredible at others. Overall, a fun read with fast chapters and plenty of turns.
