1. I didn't like the colored pictures like I do her black and white photos in her other "very young" books. I understand this is about gardening and it is probably necessary, but they weren't as good or captivating.
2. I also just didn't like this book. It was shorter than the others, not as detailed, and not as interesting.
3. Basically, this was the red headed step child of the "very young" books.

This is an old-school picture book about a girl and her family and their delicious looking garden. Me and my daughter loved the pictures- full of potatoes and fun.
