Roger LeRoy Miller studied at the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Chicago. He has been on the staff of a number of universities, including the University of Washington; Clemson University; and the University of Miami School of Law, where he taught about intellectual property and entertainment law. This was a great text book. I had to take it for my degree in Accounting and found it easy to understand plus reading about the cases that pertained to each chapter. If ever you want to learn a bit about the laws, this is one book to get.
