Pendant tout ce tome, Gally se fait trimballer, femme-tronc rendue dépendante par l'absence de ses jambes cybernétique. J'imagine que c'est une espèce d'artifice scénaristique pour nous montrer la complexité de Jéru ... Enfin, j'espère, parce que comme outil scénaristique, c'est assez pauvre. I'm hovering between two and three stars on this one. The first chunk of the book was setting up a bunch of new characters, that I mostly didn't care about, and thus there was very little Alita. The final chapter had some good gruesome scenes in it, but that wasn't enough to make up for the goofy fight in the previous section. Maybe I'm not remembering well about the original series, but all Kishiro's explanations about the fighting techniques are so far into the mystical mumbo-jumbo bullshit th ...more
